Atlas Global Shipping Line house bills of lading
Thanks to our very own NVOCC, the Atlas Global Shipping Line (AGSL), Alfa Breakbulk members have access to a house bill of lading that is officially recognized by banking institutions on a global scale. It can be used for numerous shipping purposes, ranging from breakbulk, over OOG, long length, rolling stock and heavy lift, all the way to LCL and FCL.
Additionally it can even be used for charter activities, provided that it is accompanied by an adapted insurance policy.
But there is even more.
For example, the AGSL has also been approved as a foreign NVOCC by the American FMC and the Chinese MoT, where it has the required international carrier bonds. Moreover, we have similar contracts with the appropriate agencies in Japan, Canada, Brazil and Mexico.
Finally, our AGSL house bills of lading are protected against fraud through an online registration system that directly links our members to the external insurance company.
